Litigation Paralegal Key Highlights

  • Provide critical litigation support throughout all phases of complex cases, including case management, document review, drafting legal documents, discovery coordination, court filings, and trial preparation.
  • Lead trial preparation efforts by organizing trial notebooks, exhibits, witness files, hearing binders, deposition summaries, subpoenas, and medical records for high-stakes litigation matters.
  • Leverage strong technology skills to manage e-discovery, large-scale document productions, litigation databases, and tools such as Relativity and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bring exceptional attention to detail with flawless proofreading, cite-checking, and document preparation skills, supporting attorneys who value accuracy and precision.
